Roles & Responsibilities 

 

The officers of the Executive Board take the commitment and responsibilities to the Addison Mizner PTA very seriously. An average of 200 volunteer hours goes into each role annually and the board holds great responsibility for the success of the AMS PTA goals and outcomes. 

 

There are eleven elected officers of the PTA Executive Board:

  • President
  • Vice President, Communications
  • Vice President, Fundraising
  • Vice President, Middle School Affairs
  • Vice President, Student Programs 
  • Vice President, Volunteers and Membership
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer 
  • Immediate Past President (transitionary) 
  • Member-at-Large K-5 (appointed)
  • Member-at-Large, Middle School (appointed)
